Weeks of Welcome
BU Student Activities is excited to welcome new and returning Terriers back to campus! As is tradition, we're planning an exciting Weeks of Welcome program, which includes some classic events that returning students know and love, as well as some unique music, sports, comedy, theater, and other experiences.
BOSTON RED SOX VS. NEW YORK YANKEES
Join us at historic Fenway Park as Boston Red Sox take on the New York Yankees – one of the greatest rivalries of all time. Your ticket gets you a bleacher seat among other BU students in section 37. Tickets will be distributed at the Student Activities Business Office at 1 University Road on August 31 between 12:00pm and 5:00pm and on September 1 between 9:00am and 5:00pm. You can sit with friends by coming together to pick up your tickets or by forwarding your EventBrite pass to someone who will pick them up for you.
NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION VS. ORLANDO CITY SC
Take a ride with us to Foxboro, MA to see the Major League Soccer’s New England Revolution take on Orlando City SC. The Revs came within one win of the championship last year, and are already off to a great start this season. Your ticket includes a charter bus ride to and from the stadium, plus a hotdog, drink, and a snack. Our buses will depart from the GSU Plaza at 5:00pm and will return to campus immediately following the game. You can sit with friends by boarding a bus together, where we’ll be distributing game tickets.
BOSTON CALLING MUSIC FESTIVAL
Our friends at Boston Calling have cut us a deal that’s exclusively available to members of the BU community: $100 for a 3-day pass (normally $175). Full lineup available here. You’ll need to input your BUID number to purchase these tickets and will have to show your BUID to pick them up – again, this is just for us. Tickets will be available for pickup exclusively at the Student Activities Business Office at 1 University Road from September 21 - 25 between 9:00am and 5:00pm. There is a limit of 2 tickets per member of the BU community.
